Orders & Returns
Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, please allow 3-5 business days for us to inspect it and process your refund.
We are so sorry for the error! Please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Be sure to include your order number, a description of the issue, and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will work quickly to make it right.
For customers in Florida, we offer free return shipping! For a customer outside Florida, the customer will be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase! We offer a 30-day return policy on most items. Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email to the email address you provided. This email will include your order number and a summary of your purchase. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder before contacting us.
We process orders quickly to get them to you as soon as possible. If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact our support unit immediately. We can only make changes if the order has not yet been processed for shipping. We cannot guarantee changes, but we will do our absolute best to accommodate your request.

Payment
Your card will be charged at the time you place your order. You will see a pre-authorization charge appear on your statement first, which will then settle into a final charge, usually within 24-48 hours.
The Card Verification Value (CVV) or Card Verification Code (CVC) is a 3 or 4-digit number on your card that provides an extra layer of security. Requiring this code helps protect you and us from fraudulent transactions.
You can use a Level Up Equipment LLC Gift Card in combination with a credit/debit card or PayPal. However, we cannot split a payment between two different credit cards or digital wallets in a single transaction.
